Following reports of the problem, Astro Moderator immediately began a detailed investigation to determine the cause of the situation. After carefully reviewing the server's configuration, permissions, and affected systems, the source of the issue was identified and the necessary corrective measures were implemented. Thanks to the dedication, professionalism, and hard work of Astro Moderator, the server has now been fully repaired and restored to normal operation. All essential functions have been checked and verified to ensure stability and security moving forward. We understand that the disruption may have caused inconvenience for some members, and we sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding shown by the community during this period. Our staff team remains committed to maintaining a safe, stable, and enjoyable environment for everyone. We will continue monitoring the server closely and conducting regular reviews to help prevent similar situations in the future.
